New Voices: Roger Bacon High School and Islamic Association, Winter, 2018

Posted on January 22, 2018

Roger Bacon High School students and students of the Clifton Mosque school co-op worked together to create a body of interpretive photography in the Spring of 2018.

Students took turns leading group activities throughout the program including still life photo shoots, cooking demonstrations and a final mixed media collage activity.  Students photographed demonstrations and created a final selection of images to use in mixed media collages which represented their visions of how and why communities can be divided or united across racial, socio-economic, religious or other circumstances.
